The information you submit through this channel will be kept confidential, and protected by guarantees of confidentiality and non-retaliation against the complainter in good faith.

The Rivelli Complaint Channel is available to the general public, especially employees, customers, partners and suppliers.

Acts of possible violations of our Code of Ethics, standards of conduct and/or current legislation may be reported, in particular, but not limited to, those related to acts of corruption, fraud, harassment and other irregularities provided for in Laws n. 12,846/2013 and 14,457/2022.

All complaints or reports will be promptly forwarded to the Ethics Committee for investigation, without conflicts of interest.
